How payment works
Paddle invoice, then a USD wire
Paddle is Merchant of Record. You pay Paddle, not a personal account. Implementation and license are billed as manual invoices. Pay by bank transfer using the details on the Paddle invoice. Card is not recommended for this amount.
- 40% implementation when the SOW is signed (Invoice A) — after Paddle marks this paid, you must confirm the secret information so that deployment can be started
- 40% implementation when Complidara confirms production is deployed (Invoice B)
- 20% implementation + year-1 license at acceptance (Invoice C)
- Annual license each renewal year (Invoice D), issued about 30 days before term end
